Service Description

Eleven bilingual counsellors at MOSAIC provide service in over nineteen languages, Somali/African, Persian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, etc. They work to bridge language and cultural differences, and help immigrants and refugees cope with the difficulties of creating a home in a new country by providing information, orientation, referrals and short-term counselling.

New immigrants, refugees and refugee claimants who lack English or French language skills.
