Focus Groups
MOSAIC’s large presence in the multicultural communities of the Lower Mainland
gives us the advantage of tapping into multiple resources and combinations in
order to organize focus groups that will answer any number of needs for feedback
on your projects.
Experienced bi-lingual facilitators, with extensive background in cross-cultural
communications, lead the groups into discussion of the materials being reviewed,
following written questionnaires and guidelines. These guidelines are designed by us,
complementary to the Focus Groups, and are approved by the customer prior to the
Focus Group session. A detailed written report is provided upon completion of the session.
